At Corleone Leonbergers, the health, temperament and well-being of our breeding dogs are at the heart of our priorities. We are putting in place a new mandatory preventive protocol for all our males and females intended for breeding.
Our goal: protect our breeding dogs, prevent infectious and parasitic diseases, and ensure the best possible conditions for the birth of healthy puppies.
Highlights of the protocol
- Mandatory vaccination : core vaccine boosters every two years and rabies vaccine
- Females : vaccination done within the year of the pregnancy
- Mandatory parasite prevention : ticks, fleas and intestinal parasites
- Breeding females : Revolution at least one month before heat, then Panacur from day 40 of pregnancy
- Quality food, socialization, desensitization and exercise
Thank you to all our partner families for their commitment and the good care they give our boys and girls. For any questions, contact us or check our partner families Messenger group.
